The Pro-Ject 1 and 2 were big milestones for minimalistic design and sound quality, but designed for the entry HiFi market. One of Pro-Ject most important product was the first high-end turntable in the 90’s: The Pro-Ject 6.9 and the Pro-Ject 6.9 Perspective. With this turntable Pro-Ject changed their gameplan and followed a new philosophy:
The sub chassis design.
The construction is quite simple yet effective: The tonearm and the platter are mounted on a sub chassis which is isolated with from the main chassis with springs. Therefore, vibrations cannot travel to the needle and influence the audio transcription. Also, the motor is isolated from the cartridge and vibration can not influence the pickup process. The result is a more open and rhythmic sound.

This FINAL EDITION series aims to pay homage to Pro-Ject’s past and allow you to own a piece of Pro-Ject history by bringing back some of the turntables they have made over the last 32 years.
Pro-Ject were able to build the Perspective Final Edition like its original predecessor and upgraded some parts to bring the technology to 2023 standards.

The sub chassis is decoupled from the plinth with 3 adjustable springs to stop vibrations from traveling to the needle and influence the audio transcription.
Spike feet
Made of aluminium
The turntable rests on three full aluminium spikes. Spikes are designed to reduce the contact area to minimize the vibration interference.

One-piece carbon
The Perspective features the proven 9‘‘ one piece carbon tonearm design. The super stiff, but lightweight tonearm delivers an insane sound quality with a convincing sound stage.

The slim profile of the Fine Line stylus will track even the highest frequency information. Additionally, its larger footprint ensures reduced distortion and record wear.
