While we meticulously inspect every amplifier, headphone, and audio component before shipment, we recognize that occasionally a product may not meet your exacting standards. Our returns policy reflects the same precision and care we apply to our premium audio equipment.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Items must show no signs of use, wear, or damage
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, opened headphones and earphones cannot be returned unless defective. All special order items (custom installations, in-wall/ceiling speakers) are final sale due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Audio Specialists: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our address at 2506 Goodwin Avenue, Wenatchee, US 98801 using a trackable method
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using insured shipping for high-value audio equipment.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify your desired replacement item in your initial email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and processed
  4. Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective AV receiver, DAC, or other component:

  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if warranty service is required
