All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

We offer two shipping options tailored for audiophiles worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
Standard Shipping ($12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
To maintain our audiophile standards, returns must meet these criteria:
- Request initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Products in original condition with all packaging and accessories
- No signs of use, wear, or damage
Important Restrictions:
- Opened headphones/earphones (hygiene reasons) unless defective
- All special order items including:
- Custom installations
- In-wall/ceiling speakers
- Bespoke audio solutions
These items are final sale due to their customized nature.
